Ordered more Seeds
We combed through Lowes, Home Depot, K-Mart and even our local grocery stores to find some more seeds to plant. The choices are slim. I couldn't find any bok choi or japanese eggplant seeds, so this catalog from John Scheepers Kitchen Garden Seeds arrived in the mail today.
I ended up ordering one packet each of: gonzales baby cabbage, baby pakchoi (bok choi), brandywine tomatoes, and sweet broadleaf basil.
I'm looking forward to some tasty stir-fry and summer sandwiches!

I haven't been able to get my basil to germinate this year, but the pak choi sprouts really easily. Word of warning, make sure it (pak choi) is kept well watered as it bolts really easily. If you're going to use baby leaves only it's ok, but otherwise don't sow it until July as an autumn vegetable.
Looking forward to seeing how your garden grows

I love to visit there, but not under crisis situations. The next time we're out, I'll check out the supermarkets and see if I can pick up some exotic veggie seeds - especially for stir frying.
